As of the 1st of July 2025, the Turkish government will implement changes to mandatory data fields for simplified customs declarations.
? For Business to Business (B2B) shipments: Tax ID number or mobile phone number of the receiver are mandatory data fields to complete
the simplified customs declaration.
? For Business to Consumer (B2C) shipments: Turkish ID number or mobile phone number of the receiver are mandatory data fields to complete
the simplified customs declaration.
? The simplified customs declaration is used in Türkiye in case of, Business to Business (B2B) shipments with a value for customs purposes* up
to 22 EUR and for Business to Consumer (B2C) shipments with a value for customs purposes* for up to 30 EUR
? Failure to provide these details will result in a Euro 40 penalty.
